How to properly store your products? 

Keep all products in dark cool place. All of my products are handmade and is 100% natural which means there will eventually expire. I am coming up with new system to label each product with ithe date it was made. Please note that most of these products will last up to 12 months.

Shipping Fees

I always use the lowest shipping rates as possible. Depending on your order and weight will determine your shipping cost.

 

Customize/Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes. Please leave a message with details of what color you would like and name of recipients.

I can customize certain products scents and create non scented products for sensitive skin. Please leave details on order message.

Returns/Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Summer Shipping 

 Please properly store your products in a cool, dry and dark place or in a refrigerator. Most products shelf life ranges from 6-24 months with a preservative. Also during the months of May-August the temperature is very high in the area I live. If you products melt, during shipping, immediately stir the products and then put into the freezer for at least 30 minutes. I will also offer thermo package for extra charge.
